Snowday in Gilbert......

We got to go play in the snow right here in the valley amazingly enough. We went to a birthday party for our friends Maddy and Peyton on Saturday.

Their AMAZING mommy had a fun snow party all planned, with a snowman cake and snacks and 3 tons of snow in their side yard for the kids to just have a blast in. For Sean and Lexi this was their first time ever seeing snow and they had an amazing time. It was so great to watch the kids amazement when the trucks got there and they opened up and we got to see a truck full of ice turn into a winter wonderland on the lawn.

They got to have fun sledding, making snow angels, eating and just plain having fun with their friends.

After getting nice and cold in the snow it was nice to be able to get the kids warm in their jammies and just hang out inside for awhile winding down and playing together.

Then it was time to go home and go to bed. The minute they hit the pillow they were down for the count.

It was an AMAZING day that they will never forget. Thanks Tracy for planning such an AMAZING party and including us in the fun. We had a blast!!! See you soon.
Love ya XOXOXOXOX

What a great party! What lucky ducks to get to play in the snow! Our kids haven't had the chance to see any snow yet, and we keep saying some weekend we'll have to drive up to Payson sometime...but we never do. It'll most likely be next year.

Yeah, we said that a hundred times too, they have a grandpa that lives in flagstaff and invites us up there every winter and we still havent made it up there. This was a wonderful oppurtunity for them. We loved it.
