There are days when I think we all get overwhelmed and think that we cant handle what is before us. I know I do on a pretty regular basis. My little man has become an almost daily struggle that I wonder somedays why me. I also remember the first few weeks after Brandon broke his arm so badly and had to have surgery, and I remember how much of a struggle is was to literally have to take care of him like and infant as well as be mother to our 2 kiddos and how I thought we would never make it through. But we somehow did..... and then I see stories come on the news or across my email like this one, and I know that it could be SO much worse. It makes me count my blessings. I just had to share this touching story. I dont know if I could go through what this family went through and still have hope and walk through life with a smile on my face.....
